Cartwheel Care is looking for Mental Health Therapists.
Join Cartwheel to help tackle the student mental health crisis. Cartwheel is an early-stage company building a new kind of mental health program that puts schools at the center. We see our role as supporting on-campus counselors, psychologists, and school social workers who see kids every single day. Instead of going around them, we collaborate with them. This means earlier intervention, higher student and family engagement in care, and better coordination among the trusted adults in a student’s life.
About the role. As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll work directly with school staff, students, and families in our partner school districts to build stronger systems of mental health support.
Required: LICSW/LCSW/LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD clinical psychologist in Massachusetts or Connecticut; experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing
Role type: Part- or full-time (10-40 hours per week)
Location: Up to 100% remote
Start date: As soon as possible, with additional rolling start dates
