Ethical standards can be confusing and cumbersome. Yet reviewing them on a regular basis has benefits, including discounts of Professional Liability Insurance premiums. Join Jenn Hurley, LMHC and MaMHCA Private Practice Director, for a review of the 262 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulations) Section 8 SPECIFICALLY as it pertains to LMHCs. This class reviews each section of the 262 CMR Section 8 and provides a space for discussion and clarifications of the standards required of us here in Massachusetts.
