This workshop is designed to provide mandated reporters with a roadmap for why, when and how to correctly complete the forms and file them with the Department of Children and Families. Includes confidentiality standards, and a review of legal and ethical considerations.

Joe is a long-time MaMHCA member, our current Executive Director and Lobbyist. He has years of experience as program and clinical director of several large agencies, and bring this experience to his training.

Note: This workshop meets the License Renewal requirement for the Once-in-a-Career Mandated Reporting training. If you have attended this or a different Mandated Reporting workshop in the past, you have met the requirement. It's always a good idea to have a refresher once in a while.
